There are no Pros of working for CMS. You will probably work long hours for low pay.

Cons

Working as a Customer Service Rep for CMS is a degrading experience. The immediate supervisors are disrespectful. You are not permitted to look at your cell phone in the work area (cubicles) or in the bathroom. I was given a headset that hurt my ear. The work environment (culture) at CMS is negative.

They started us at $15/hr. Work is indoors, and we sat on good chairs.

Cons

I worked 84 hours a week as though I was a bondservant or slave. Work was from 7am to 7pm, and they forced us to clock out at lunch. I did not get benefits of any kind. Perhaps, others got something.
