I only worked at Castle Windows for a year, but found it to be a great experience and a positive & supportive work environment. I worked directly with Chris (CEO) and he offered much needed guidance, along with the perfect amount of freedom to let me run with things and explore ideas. When I left to pursue freelance only work, Castle became my first official client and Chris personally helped me form my LLC. A lot of jobs say they are a family, but the people at Castle don't just support you as an employee, they support you as a person. That sounds like family to me.

Castle has been my home away from home for 10+ years. The people here care about each other. We have watched each others children grow up, some of which have also joined the Castle family. It's a very laid back environment, with the opportunity to grow, if you put in the effort. The owners genuinely care about their employees and will go above and beyond to help in any way they can. Great place to be a part of.
