Senior management have no idea what their strategy is or what they should be doing other than securing their own positions. Business Needs to change but they don’t know how to as it’s the same senior managers who were De La Rue.

They put their employees in very poor position to be effective or accomplish positive goals. Employees are forced to put on "airs" to the vendors like everything is going to be paid when the employees have no idea if payments will be made. They abuse their vendors and use them to fund the business beyond business ethics or morals.
