Pros

They had some cool studio events with some nice perks.

Cons

There were a lot of ego's, especially with the creators and execs. A lot of clique's, no real mixing of crews. Was sexually harassed and was told instead of bringing it to HR to talk it out with the accuser and was made even more uncomfortable. (This issue never got resolved) They completely cut ties with me after my last day. I continue to reach out for possible opportunities and all I get are crickets. My exit interview was also extremely terrible. They didn't even try to ask me what I thought of my experience. The whole thing took less than 5 mins. I was told once you're in CN, it's gonna be hard to leave cause they'll keep offering you more jobs. (That's a big fat lie)

Pros

The work environment made coming in ten times more exciting, they make the office more enjoyable for everyone to be in with the decorations and kitchen situations on every floor.

Cons

There are none! I enjoyed everything about Cartoon Network and their intern program.

Pros

Worked at CN for 3 years as a designer & board artist on several shows. Love, love, loved how many super talented creative people I was able to work with! Free snacks, super fun and casual office environment, ability to set my own hours a plus.

Cons

CN is geared toward kids straight outta animation school - they are very FUN but the pay is on the lower end of industry standard. Free BBQs in the summer are awesome but making several hundred less a week than at other studios sucks.
