Salary & Benefits are poor, received one annual review with no raise or bonus, weak leadership. Not stable (COVID: company seemed to be in financial trouble as they terminated many, this caused turnover: losing talent and consistency). Atmosphere changed, not inspiring or motivating. Everyone on there toes as they didn't know if they would be terminated next.
