Pros

I enjoyed working with the service users. It was challenging but rewarding.

Cons

It seems that this company has a lot of staff off sick. They are always looking for cover. There can be a lot of back stabbing within the work place. So, please watch your back. They are ruthless in conducting their disciplinary procedures. They do not always listen to all side of the argument.

Pros

Pay in line with other support services. Decent holiday entitlement.

Cons

Very poor management. Little notice of rota. Constantly contacting you on days off and pressure to cover extra shifts/change shifts with hours notice. Large staff turnover. Managers take no responsibility for low staff morale. Managers always looking to blame staff for everything. Not supportive of staff at all.

Pros

the service itself is a very good one just run horribly. The service users once you build with them are also lovely to work with.

Cons

If you are not white scottish you will be targeted if the manager doesn't like you your time will be limited there.The managers 100% abuse the power they have.
