Management is unable/unwilling to make changes to better the system for their staff. Working a 16 hour shift is common place due to call-ins/being short staffed/lack of competent scheduling. Management doesn't see the big picture - only the money they are losing or saving and most of the time good patient care practices are thrown out the window (example - they stopped buying disposable wipes and forced us to use hand towels that were then washed. No special detergent or bleach available either). Instead of helping out, they sit in their offices and watch you struggle to make their systems work. They seem to have an attitude of "well, this is just how it is, deal with it," when they are the ones that can strive for change. Because of this odd dynamic, most of the staff are lazy, and I can't entirely blame them for it.

Managment? What Managment the only time I see Managment on the floor is when the state is in the building also concerns being brought to managers attentions are usually ignored. This company loves the blame game instead of solveing concerns.
