      HTC Global sucks.

      Pros

      None anymore. We were once a great company with great opportunities but since the purchase by HTC, Caretech is now going through tough times.

      Recently purchased by HTC Global. They're running this company into the ground.

      Pros

      Used to be a great place to start your IT career. The people are what made this place amazing until most of the good people left after HTC took over. CareTech got best in KLASS for like 7 straight years for good reason. CareTech now lost their biggest account, Detroit Medical Center.

      HTC is run by a super cheap person who looks after the bottom line above all.

      Not found. You are told that there are opportunities to grow but their good positions are filled from new hires.

      Cons

      Too many to list. You are lured to this job with the recruiter that talks about a 2 dollar raise and benefits after 3 months of working (Something that should be given from day 1). DO NOT BE FOOLED because there are many requirements to meet that are not realistic to this type of work. This is a business and they are in it to make money, not give bonuses to the hard work you provide. You get someone that will watch and micro-manage you as soon as your numbers fall below what they like even if it's not something you can improve due to the type of call you have. If you want to feel like a slave while they time your every move then go ahead and apply. They will accept anyone that had a customer service position, and don't even need any healthcare background.
