      Pros

      At the Cardano Foundation, you get to work with some of the most passionate people of your career while also working at the cutting edge of technology and innovation. The work is interesting, the pay is good, and the benefits are excellent also.

      Cons

      The Foundation has grown rapidly in recent times, which can come with some growing pains. I'm finding that an enjoyable challenge as there is a lot of scope to implement new processes and ideas; for those who prefer something a bit more structured and well established, I could imagine that could be frustrated. Your mileage may vary!

      Interesting industry but not a nice work Environment

      Some brilliant dedicated smart people work for the Foundation

      Cons

      The place is chaos with management either not seeing this or choosing to ignore it. Constant change and u-turns with poor team dynamics. People across teams get cross with each other due to the pressure.

      stay away - poor executive management and backroom politics

      Pros

      Decent pay, remote, low expectations. Good on resume, and exposure to Blockchain. It has promise, but many things have to change.

      Cons

      Most of the folks seem to not understand what they should be doing and/or blindly follow IOHK's lead. You might sit and do nothing for months without getting feedback regarding what you should be doing.
