Everything else- extremely high-stress, low pay (I got paid more at my first job in the 1990s), benefits are a joke. I was asked to enter a lunch break every day even if I didn't take one (for over a year I never could break, constantly working solo and always busy, often did not get bathroom breaks for an 8 1/2 hour shifts). 100% turnover in my department and I worked here less than 3 years- no employee retention is a big warning sign. One employee attempted suicide while on the job, police were called, she was fired and never spoke of again. I saw others drink alcohol on the job, this place is so miserable I can't really blame them. They lie about everything, management is completely out of touch. I was assaulted by a dozen gang members 7 years ago, had to learn to walk and talk again- but I think working here was a more traumatic experience. The hours are terrible and you're basically on call, if someone quits or gets sick expect 6-10 day work weeks and expect lots of overtime!
