CC5 hands down had the best culture of any place I've worked. My coworkers were incredible and I never felt pushed in any way, despite consistently outperforming. I was able to grow quickly within the company and it seemed like I could genuinely grow within the company all the way to being CEO one day.

Cons

The salary wasn't ideal and I remember feeling like I could earn more. It is to be expected from a local bank, which is why I still rated this company 4 stars. Honestly, though, it's definitely worth the tradeoff.
