Pros

- fellow colleagues in sales and marketing are nice to deal with - good benefits

Cons

- unskilled management - no support plan - great to work if you are a yes man - they lay off a lot of people and put a lot of people on PIP

Good work life balance, understanding, friendly, workload is balanced and help is always available. Great team and learn lots, Great progression for any position.

Pros

Having chances to collaborate with teammates even though we are all remote. Still a solid culture just not in the SDR department.

Cons

Churn and burn designed KPI's assigned to SDRs that don't prove results in building a solid pipeline. A big disparity with territories, but the whole team has the same quota. The best areas for business development based on industry count aren't split fairly. It is no wonder that out of a team of about 10 only 2 consistently hit quota.
