Pros
The team is awesome - such great people, hard workers, and everyone really cares to see each other succeed. Remote environment allows for some positions to work from any location they want to. Strong incentive program for employee engagement and good branded merch.
Cons
Top leadership lacks vision, transparency and integrity. You have to succeed in spite of the owners, not because of them. They ask for a lot and provide little to no support on most initiatives, which are always demanded immediately. The core values are more like an expected code of conduct. Compensation is nowhere near competitive, there is a very small cap on annual raises, and the benefits package is not worth the cost. Working directly with top leadership/ownership is the top reason for people exiting this company.
