Pros

An extra day away from that place

Cons

Extremely toxic work environment. Managers foster racism, misogyny, transphobia, homophobia. Overloaded work days for some, easy days for others. Quick to fire and hire. Union protects good AND bad employees.

Pros

Good benefits not much else

Cons

Overloaded routes, high expectations with little tools or training to achieve those expectations, no communication from management or any apparent effort to solve issues for drivers, in winter will work more 13 hr days than 10 and if you miss stops you get reprimanded, very high turnover, little to no training learn on the fly, company has had a hard nose dive in work life quality in recent years
