      Pros

      Small community hospital with great hometown feel; filled with devoted, hardworking hometown staff. I enjoyed working here as a whole as the majority of staff is very welcoming and make you feel like family.

      Cons

      The Medical Records department is dysfunctional. Leadership is lacking and unsupportive. Within one year, the coordinator left, the director quit, and the manager retired early.

      Great teamwork between floor staff

      Not eager to allow for advancement or transfer to other departments. Some of that of course is due to staff shortages everywhere in the medical field.
