everyone was nice and it was good place to work.

There is high turnover, high turmoil, choas and disfunction across numerous departments. There is a pervasive lack of resources to accomplish the initiatives being pushed.

No problems I enjoyed each day of work

Salary was low to start.

Unorganized, unorganized, and unorganized. The right hand never seems to know what the left hand is doing. They hire prn but work you full time with no benefits. They are the epitome of crisis management.

If you don’t know the important people or aren’t part of the “cool kids” good luck to you. The entire place needs an overhaul. Some people have worked there for 40+ years and have no business still working there. Most of the managers need to be cleared out and fresh faces need to be brought in.

Can be suffocating given that everyone knows everyone.

Pay is not competitive, raises are not given often, you will be frequently asked to take on extra work with no added benefit/pay, people love to gossip- small town, some of their own providers do not accept the CalvertHealth insurance, frequently understaffed
