Lots of entrenchment, poor senior management with no real desire/incentive to push change improvements

Great team, nice amount of travel, interesting product and technical challenge. Generally good work life balance for a support role. Great management.
Cons
On-call work can be slightly disruptive but is well managed - and plenty of advance notice is given.
