Pros

No pros at all, I hope no one applies anymore so that no one would waste their time.

Cons

they will send your pay via PayPal. And if it's your first time, you should deposit at least $10 (or 500 Php) first to activate your PayPal and your first pay from them will reflect within 21 days. NO STABILITY. You will start a 5-day period. If you pass, they will pay your 5-day trial; if you fail, they won't pay you at all. Even if you're a performer, you will be terminated for no reason at all. They want you to produce multiple qualified leads in lesser hours so that they won't pay you for a full 8-hour shift.
