      A very busy but great place to work!

      Pros

      The people are great to work with, everyone is very passionate about what they do. Overtime pay. Good salary. Work trips are enjoyable.

      Cons

      The workload can be extremely heavy, lots of additional hours required (overtime is paid thankfully), support from management is not consistent. Travel is required and staying away can be frequent.

      Fantastic people within the business and an exciting time as the business grows rapidly. Exposure to lifecycle of projects and a variety of work.

      Salaries are great for the current role I hold and seems to only rise year on year. plenty of room for growth throughout this fast expanding company

      Cons

      Due to fast expansion, some older employees are stuck in their own ways with all the new processes being introduced seeming like a burden in their eyes.
