Pros

None come to mind honestly

Cons

Small "start-up" like company. They will start your interview process out saying salary starts at $60K then send you an offer with a regular salary of $42K and if you hit all metrics you may make $54K for the year. Leadership here is a joke. It mostly consists of unqualified individuals who have surprisingly stuck with the company longer than most folks. Almost everyone is new and there is constant turnover. In the 6 months I was there they got rid of multiple people without reason. They also pay you very little but expect you to work in their office 5 days a week. The benefits are essentially non-existent. You get access to their health insurance after a few months but they do not provide anything besides high deductible plans. The company falls extremely behind in this industry and most of the customers hate the product. We were constantly faced with fire drills due to customers threatening to cancel the product on a daily basis. The company survives off of having contracts with one big dealership group (which the owners are involved in) if that gives you an idea of what goes on here. If you value your career and having actual benefits at work besides breakfast tacos, then stay away from this place and go elsewhere.

Pros

There are some smart, capable people working at Car Wars.

Cons

I would not recommend working at Car Wars if you value a healthy work culture or strong, ethical leadership. While the company presents itself as innovative and fast-paced, the internal environment tells a very different story. The biggest issue lies with the executive leadership team. There's a noticeable lack of transparency, accountability, and emotional intelligence at the top. Decisions are often made without clear communication or consideration for the broader impact on teams. Constructive feedback is discouraged, and employees who raise concerns may find themselves sidelined. It creates a climate of fear, not growth. The culture itself is not supportive or collaborative. Despite branding that suggests otherwise, the day-to-day experience can be toxic. Morale is low, turnover is high, and it feels like people are constantly burned out or walking on eggshells. There’s little emphasis on developing talent or promoting from within, which contributes to a general sense of stagnation. There are some smart, capable people working at Car Wars, but the culture and leadership make it very difficult for them to thrive. Until there is a serious shift in how the company treats its employees—starting from the top—I cannot recommend it as a healthy or sustainable place to work.

Pros

Most co-workers and nice and try to help.

Cons

Turnover is incredibly high, well over 100% on the sales team. Every day there is someone else leaving. Poor management, turnover has been a constant for years.
