The executive team doesn't know how to manage a company or their staff. The CEO spends more time out in the public eye giving useless speeches on things that don't even matter. Her own staff doesn't respect her. With her constant absence from the office, people are left with no leader. She cares more about what the papers and news outlets say about her then her actual company. Moral is low. Staff will throw each other under the bus at the drop of a hat. Nobody has each other's backs. The CEO likes to play games and has the staff complete for her attention. The CFO is just plain rude. She has no people skills and is often yelling at someone or scolding them with her door open for all to hear. She belittles people and speaks down to everyone. There is no thought process for any HR decisions. The HR department doesn't have a say, nor do they have any official training. The CEO and CFO make the rules and do whatever they like.
