      Dispatch actually listens to drivers, works with you when "life" happens, 24/7 dispatch and roadassist, company drivers can refuse NYC

      Drivers must follow forced routing and fuel plans

      Very few. Some individuals were nice but as a whole the company was hostile to work for.

      Pros

      Attentive manager and supervisor. As long as you do your job. They will leave you alone. Good pay, Decent benefits. PTO, paid national holidays. Time off request pretty much guaranteed.

      Cons

      Takes awhile depending on location to have equipment fixed. Dispatch sort of micro manages you on time.
