      It is a really well run company, everyone that I worked with was smart & nice.

      Cons

      Long commute all the way to Jup Farms, inability to work remote.

      Pros

      Leadership is always available. They are very flexible with work schedule. Will reward consistency and competence.

      Cons

      Pay can be under market. Lack of structure and formal procedures can be frustrating but this is expected as it’s a small company.

      Amazing Company to Work For

      Pros

      Very friendly environment, Everyone is always willing to help you and get to know you better. The President will come say hello and conversate with you anytime. I can honestly say out of all the big companies I have worked for, CV so far has been my favorite and I hope it only gets better.

      Cons

      For me, I can't say I have any negative feedback because I haven't experienced anything negative about my job.
