Pros

The business is growing really fast and the people are fantastic - really friendly staff and I love working with them. They are starting to include a lot more benefits and the teams are all growing really quickly, so there are great progression opportunities.

Cons

Everyone has to work really hard, but there are pretty sensible hours and you don't need to work out of hours. There are a few no frills bits like no mobiles and no messing around on social media.

Pros

the people are kind (the managers are not - you think they’ve got your back but they all gossip behind your backs and everyone knows eachothers business - a very toxic atmosphere and constant tension) the training is good and thorough but they micromanage you and make you feel like you’re at school

Cons

i was made to leave due to having too much time off for my mental health. I had recently notified them of my mental health issues and was made to feel like i was cared about, however I was very wrong. I was told that it would not be beneficial to the company to keep me on - a disgusting thing to say to someone who is already at a low point. They wait until the end of the day to sack you so that they can get one more day out of you. They constantly push you to meet ridiculous targets and everyone works like a machine. Members of staff are constantly moaning about the way managers treat them, and the managers think they are the big bosses and better than everyone else. they make you feel like this is an elite place to work and like you are lucky they have chosen you, but in reality the staff turnover is very high and people are always leaving because they can’t deal with the way they’re treated. You are constantly being watched over like a hawk and always judged, and they make out like they’re your friends but please believe they are not. The business do not care about you, so don’t be fooled. The CEO is a very rich man who does not care about you, he just cares about making more money and coming across as a nice person but all the managers are scared of him
