New Leadership team apart from a VERY select few are appalling. I've been at the company for over 5 years and i'm really hating it - HR seem to be running the show more than ever. It's so obvious who the cliques are and if you're not in it - good luck with advancement and proper pay rises. the whole company seems to be in 'cost preservation' to make the the balance sheet look good but in reality theres lack of resourcing and real lack of employee benefits to make people want to stay CEO doesn't seem to care about the people aspect much - barely hear from them compared to our previous CEO.

The HR only works for the management board, doesn't care of employees, and don't work the HR job properly. The new management has no leadership, not respect anyone, not listen, rude and very bossy, not care of employees, very favour of the people she has brought in. Low wage comparing to the market, the wage for employees are very low, even increased only FEW dollars in 2021 although the company is always profitable, just high pay for manager levels or above. Working facilities are poor, no IT on site to maintenance or fix computers, employees have to do it by themselves, if they can't fix it, they have to call IT and do it on phone.
