      They don't value their hardest working staff

      the lights work, unless an outage

      Too many to list. Execs are selfish, out of touch, only interested in saving their jobs/benefits. Execs and managers are more interested in appearances and don't value front-line staff, except for their pets. They get rid of too many hard working staff and keep the difficult whiners. Too many are "afraid" of our patients. They show appreciation with candy bars, or two pieces of pizza, or cheap merch. They are astonishingly ignorant of relevant Federal laws/regs. They don't respect/trust their staff. Don't waste your time applying or working there. They hide behind helping under-insured in an attempt to look like decent human beings.

      *PTO *insurance *good place to practice your skills before going to a private office

      Cons

      *The only people who have been with CH for 5+ years are the lazy ones. Nothing happens to lazy employees, and the good workers are expected to pick up their slack. *extremely underpaid *have to work at other sites a lot *very rude management *dental team leads and supervisors are encouraged not to work by Patti Balcom *discourage teamwork *not flexible with schedules at all *no mutual respect *no room for growth
