      bright at the beginning, shady afterwards

      Pros

      nice colleagues, good benefits, working hours are semi-flexible,

      Cons

      not the best people in some management position, they take more care about hiring new people instead of take care about the current ones. salary policy is a joke with none or light increase even with the change in the policy and the new policy is not transparent at all.

      Pros

      Very nice colleagues. contributing in many domains to the community. Advanced in precision manufacturing. Interdisciplinary environment, excellent to learn about other domains.

      Cons

      Policy not clear (in line with public claims). Managers not competent in planning and coordinating long-term plans. Workload and work-type dose not meet the role and compensation. People are hired based on title and not competences (mostly for project acquisitions).

      Pros

      Social benefits: own pension fund, employer contribution to pension plan higher than legally required. Flexibility : Diversity: working in parallel with several projects from several customers in different industries. Both research and development projects. Excellent work experience acquired, exposure to industrials for opportunities

      Cons

      Salaries are lower than what you could get in the industry. Company is managed by engineers lacking real management knowhow, old-fashioned management with no growth ambition. Lack of dynamism.
