      It was very close to home

      Cons

      Lack of leadership. Administration lacks education or formal training and others are promoted beyond their skill sets. Much confusion and many bad choices made.

      Pros

      If you are part of a clique you may have a positive work experience. (Until your leader is fired) Pay is ok, benefits are mediocre.

      Cons

      If you are not part of a clique you will likely not have a positive experience. It may seem so at first, but wait. And don't be fooled into thinking being a great employee and very good at what you do will save you. But it and keeping a very low profile may buy you some time.
