Pros

I worked at CREXI for 5 years and can honestly say it's been the one job/company that has truly impacted my career. Starting off as an SDR, you are given an immense amount of support to learn the industry, product, and how to sharpen your sales skill. Upper management is very transparent about expectations, and what it takes to get promoted into a selling role. As I moved up from SDR, to AE, then into leadership it was always crystal clear what I needed to do to get to that next level and I was encouraged/supported every step of the way. CREXI's culture is what makes this place stand out. Everyone comes into the office daily pushing each other to get better. The team wins together and celebrates together. If you are looking to grow in your career, this place has what you are looking for.

Cons

The job isn't a cake walk. If you are motivated and ready to work, you will enjoy everything about this place and will be rewarded.

Good office snacks & nice coworkers

Cons

Low pay Hard to hit quota and make any commission if you don’t have an SDR Multiple AE’s who are liked by management are given 3+ SDR Monthly quota not attainable

Pros

There are some great people to work with and an intense environment that will get you better at sales.

Cons

The lack of responsibility to make any territory changes from management, high pressure sales tactics, and stress of possibly being fired are not worth it. After years of hitting your goal you can be let go within 2 months of missing quota, which creates a very toxic workplace.

great snacks in the kitchen!

Cons

Sales Management is ran by a bunch of posers from the east coast. They got to their position because they had success before Crexi got bigger and more crowded with sales people. All they do is sit around and chat about who they want to get rid of next. The sales structure is super poor for anyone coming in or being promoted, you are unlikely to be put in a good position. Stay away from this company if you are in sales.

Pros

easy job to get.. monthly quota. The retention rate here is terrible for a reason.

Cons

Horrible sales culture. Your number is extremely territory dependent (what state you get) and they give their best states to the reps they are dating. Upper management sleeps and dates everyone.

Decent Product compared to competitor Solid base salary

Cons

Management is unhelpful in sales operations, the most you get is a wolf of wall street speech and then they expect you to hit the phones and make the quota. Overcrowded territories too many reps every broker feels harassed. This business is past the saturation point.
