      Pros

      Love the people and what the company stands for. I like the owners although they should say hello more to their employees. Half the people there think they are hated because of the lack of engagement from the owners. The only feedback they get is what is made up by their managers.

      Cons

      Too many people working there who don't have a clue. Too many managers who are too scared to do their job right and in the end make poor management decisions. Half the time the information the owners need to really know is being buried by layers and layer of unnecessary management who doesn't have a clue. You really have to be part of the "it" club if you want to feel comfortable.

      Pros

      Very good benefits and non managerial employees are friendly.

      Cons

      Most of the management and the leadership team at the corporate location are some of the most difficult people to work with. Very unapproachable and just flat out rude. The morale is horrible and it is like walking on eggshells working there. You are only as good as your last mistake there and their management style is archaic.

      Take the job, stay for a year. Leave. Use them for experience only.

      Cons

      There are levels of management that should not be managers. They look out for themselves and it puts the company in a bad situation. Can’t keep route managers longer than a year in an industry that has route managers with decades of experience with the competition. They have the absolute worst upper management team that is in charge of each department. I have never seen such poor management. The long term managers pander to the owners and are taking advantage of the company but will throw any employee under the bus
