Honestly, I can’t think of any positives right now.

Cons

It’s been really disappointing and discouraging to see so many skilled and dedicated people being let go. These were colleagues who gave so much of themselves, and losing them has left a noticeable gap in both morale and performance. It honestly feels like the company has stopped seeing its employees as people and started treating them like numbers on a spreadsheet.The expectation to work endless hours without fair overtime or recognition has become the norm, and it’s exhausting. People are burning out because they feel unseen and unappreciated. On top of that, the technology we rely on breaks down constantly, making our jobs even harder and more frustrating.

Pros

The company is growing at a fast pace, which makes it an exciting place to be for anyone who enjoys a dynamic environment. With so much change and opportunity, it’s important to keep the focus on being truly people-centric as growth continues—something that has been a big part of the company’s culture so far. What stood out to me is how great the teams are. People genuinely care, collaborate well, and support each other day-to-day. The leaders in HR, Production, and Sales are some of the kindest and most down-to-earth folks I’ve worked with. They’re approachable, relatable, and truly invested in the success of each person. Overall, it’s a rewarding place to work if you want to grow with a company—and with a group of good people along the way.
