      R&D company that treats innovation just considering money; salary adjusted just with inflation index; HR has good intentions but the executives are extremely conservatives.

      High quality of life in work. Creative and stimulating environment between the researchers and technicians. Rare opportunity to make real technology development in Brazil, taking part in strategic projects and real innovation.

      Cons

      A lot of people in the company have that same disgusting 'old-state-owned-company' behavior. Some times I fell like in bad imitation of a Dilbert strip. It appears like if they need only tell a bureaucratically correct history in the reports to achieve the goals and forget the real targets and deliveries.
