      Very system oriented company. System and policies play a major role . Loyal employees. Family owned business. Micro management. Management working on Employee development and career plans. Excellent training to develop the employees.

      Cons

      Low pay scales, A distributor company with lot of Principals products. Great and costly product range valued by the customers. Sales jobs have influence of pharma type business.

      just tried to get some extra knowledge about the laboratory instruments and diagnostics work station.

      Cons

      getting lot of pressure and completely sales job not any part of service or engineering.

      Great system in HR and training system. Top management is very good.

      Cons

      Company believe middle management but that is worst here. Do your best, but they hide you in front of top management.
