      Pros

      -teamwork valued -pay, bonus structure, and PTO competitive -company is growing -company cares about the communities they reside in

      Cons

      -lots of jargon marketed externally that is not followed through internally with employees -disorganized, policies underdeveloped -management is controlling/ micromanaging -work/life balance not respected -title promotions, but few opportunities for upward or lateral mobility -management under-qualified

      It's the CEO's way or the highway. There's a clear disconnect between leadership and entry to mid level staff. Leadership is "Not in it for the money", which is easy to say when you're in the latter half of your career and own multiple businesses. The not in it for the money mentality definitely trickles down into how well employees are compensated. The commissions set up for most sales roles are a joke. Mid level management is great, but lacks the leadership and structure to carve a sustainable march forward. There are clearly people who were hired in leadership because they don't challenge Matt Davis's opinions.
