Human Resources is there for management. No standard operating procedures and management assumes it is a free ticket to bully employees, senior staff only hears ideas from a certain few, and you are considered too old to learn and given no opportunity for advancement. Upper management talks to staff about other employees. Allows illicit behavior without reprimand.
