Where do I start. When I was being interviewed, I was flat out told "If you're crying this week, you can take comfort in the fact that it probably won't be you getting it next week. But if you're safe this week, watch out for next week." Current CEO just laid off 5 people, of an overall staff of 20. Board is absolutely disconnected from what goes on with the employees and couldn't care any less - even though their companies have a responsibility to pay off the net loss the company runs every year. You're expected to work your butt off for entry level pay and when you leave, they just start the process all over again of replacing you. Do not care that you're leaving or try to retain you. No consistency with their programs due to the program being shifted to a new staff member every 4-5 months. Staff of 20 turned over 30 times in the brief time I was there... If that doesn't say it all, I don't know what will! Company doesn't contribute much to the benefits so your insurance is very expensive. Don't even think about adding children or spouses, they don't pay for them at all.
