Pros

Good talent pool and growing organisation

Cons

Poor culture, revenue driven, lots of politics and only want to be seen as compliant when interacting with the FCA but there are no real desire to invest in compliance and fully adhering to regulatory requirements. No work life balance flexibility as 5 days in the office.

- Supportive team and friendly culture in the Canadian office

Cons

- Management in UK is BS - Generally the clients were ruder and less educated than I worked with banks’ - Even lower pay than call centre from any of the Big 6 banks

Management lacks knowledge and very unprofessional. Worst Nightmare to work there. I never recommend someone to work there.
