Pros

Good colleagues , large diversified org . Fairly fast moving so opportunities to get things done and move things fed.

Cons

I had a particularly bad manager, who's shortcomings were recognised at the highest levels, but nothing was done and all the team eventually left.

Pros

There was a reasonably flat culture with very few egos. There appeared to be a commitment to do things the right way. Hard workers generally got promoted

Cons

The company's strategy seemed to change every year. You never really felt that you had a long term future with the company. One international division was shut down, restarted and then shut down again in the space of just over 3 years. Maybe it was all in the interests of a greater scheme but it was not great for impacted staff's' careers.
