Everything. They have been doing layoffs every 2 months, last layoff was completely firing their entire Mexico office, and then made their US SDRs work double. They are having SDRs work their job plus the job the Mexico office did WITHOUT a pay rise, they have made it seem like it is great they get to do more work but not make more money. They “redid” the commission structure but you have to make 10 appointments to make any money and with the new system they implemented (which doesn’t work ever) you are lucky if you get 2 appointments a month now. So stay as far away as you can. Overworked, no pay increase, upper management ignores you, CEO was fired and never even cared to address our concerns about the extra work and no extra pay. All their top talent is leaving, and from what I have heard from other ex coworkers more are to come. Nobody is happy and upper management does not care. They also micromanage. They have you download a program that tracks everything you do, takes screenshots too.

I had a paid of glasses I would wear for client calls to help conceal the fact that I was crying on almost every one of my account calls, we could not deliver to our clients and management would not show up to these calls after being begged to do so. Most client calls were terrible, most days were terrible. Account Management was meant to be supported by Project Management but on any given day 50% or more of my project managers would be out of the office or wouldn't show to client calls. This made the role of account manager very challenging wearing several hats on any given day. I understand things have changed in the past several months and most of the account managers and project managers have been laid off without severance. I hope they are on to bigger and better careers.
