      Pros

      There is decent tool selection.

      Cons

      Compensation/bonus is nonexistent. Horrible vacation time and no sick time. Wages are extremely below average. Raises are minimal. Lots of nepotism. Be prepared to wear many hats out of the scope of your job with no incentive.

      Lots of overtime,easy going environment. Everybody is very friendly!

      Cons

      Extremely unorganized! Management is chaotic at best. Blueprints are vague. No accountability for anyone.
