The 'leadership' of the Hong Kong office is pretty unstable. Every time someone leaves to join another recruitment firm, the view is 'they blamed their failures on us, they werent strong enough to survive' bla bla bla. I got lots of praise when I work there, the day before I resigned I was told I was doing a great job. Then I resigned the next morning and the staff were told I was fired! Absolutely ridiculous and unjust!
Everyone is on different commission structures. It is so cowboy. There is no system. It is basically people join for false promises of equity but NONE of this exists now, it's too late. The whole biz model is built on getting as many people as possible to join so the valuation goes up so they can sell.
