      Pros

      Powerhouse CEO prioritizes promoting his business all over the world. Providing some employees with a sense of job security.

      Cons

      Nobody is on the same page. Extreme lack of communication between management and lower employees as well as customer relations.

      Thank you for your review of CGL Manufacturing. We have been working hard to improve and appreciate the feedback. We agree that communication is key to an effective team and try to keep our Team Members informed through our monthly town halls, shop floor toolbox meetings, department meetings, paystub communications and small group sessions. At CGL we employ an open door policy, any Team Member is free to approach any member of the Management Team at any time to discuss issues or concerns they may have. Safety is our #1 focus at CGL and we are proud to say that we have over 1,100 days without a lost time injury at the time of this posting. We take labour laws and the health and safety of our employees very seriously and are currently focusing on identification and resolution of near misses so that we can correct potential issues before someone gets hurt.

      The company has identified the need to improve but lack the method to execute in a plan, do, act, check manner.

      Cons

      Where to start! Scheduling, resource management, process planning, quality system, work life balance, and management. Resources are extremely sparse and the company relies heavily on the people to work as many hours as possible.
