-Hostile work environment. No topic is off limits to discuss while in the office here. Politics, sex, religion, etc. is all debated openly and in front of management with no repercussions.
-You have PTO but, you are made to feel bad about using it
-If you are a consultative salesperson...run because this isn't for you. Aggressive, badgering, stretching the truth, over promise and under deliver is the name of the game for this office.
- No product training really. Everything is learned on the fly and by word of mouth from your co-workers.
- The product you are selling is basically a luxury item for most of the prospects
-The pay is NOT competitive and is really sub par versus the amount of BS you deal with to close one sale.
-Last thing, you are selling to people in the construction industry so BEWARE.
