Nice looking stores that aren't hard to clean and stock

Cons

Coworkers and I were frequently treated with disrespect. Manager had horrible communication skills. Multiple employees left due to their behavior. Boss had done nothing effective about their behavior so it has gone on for months. Morale is low due to the toxic environment. Manager and boss were aware of my disorder/ disability and chose to make no accommodations as well.

Amazing coworkers, nice shop, cool customers (mostly), good products and relaxing environment.

Cons

Micro managing, dishonest owner and management, cant trust what you’re told they only tell you what you want to hear. only cares about money and sales. Owner lies to customers about experience with products.

Easy tasks, customers are usually kind, the store is small and easy to stock

Cons

Was verbally harassed frequently by management. Passive boss who doesn't seem to want to write anyone up or take disciplinary action, resulting in employees that tend to slack off. Manager has spoken over employees frequently during meetings that are meant for discussions and often communicates very aggressively. As a part timer, I wasn't given more than 15 hours when we agreed to 20-25 when I was interviewed. Pay is too low. Toxic environment.
