      The worst management in the country

      Pros

      Great associates and they share the same view. Good benefits.

      Cons

      Management asks associates to manipulate the casework so the company meets its deadlines. The employees get in trouble for following management request and management gets no reprimand. Management does not treat all employees fairly and will only work with ones the are friends with.

      Pros

      PTO and a good amount of it, and in addition 3 weeks roll over if not used within the year. There are plenty of benefits such as tuition reimbursement, yearly bonus, paid holidays, etc... The pay is decent to start out and the hours are not bad either.

      Cons

      I started as a full time employee but felt bad for the temp to hire. There is a big difference in the treatment of permanent and temporary employees which I even as a full time employee thought was very unfair.

      Pros

      Work from home, part time work from home, make your own schedule, can do a 4 day work week, makeup time in place of using your vacation time, great vacation, holiday, sick pay, love the purchased pto , great medical benefits and options there,the job itself is better than other jobs I had with similar work, not boring, bonuses, overtime, monthly incentive checks if you reach the goals

      Cons

      Some things are just out of your hands in such a large company. The DO will make decisions based on finances, not actually how well it can work in the day to day processes for the people actually using it. They don't actually know what you do based on productivity and quality. Their incentives now were changed and geared more towards productivity,
