      12Nov - Bybit launches $3M support fund for FTX-affected employees 25 Nov - Bybit launches $100M support fund for institutional traders 4 Dec - Bybit announces second round of layoffs in 2022 to survive bear market . Unbelievably retarded leadership and management. Even a basic startup can comprehend the concept of corporate messaging. When Bybit announced a 100mil fund to save others and followed that up with firing 30% of its staff literally the week after, what kind of message is Bybit sending? PR first, the employees come second? More importantly, Bybit has to expect that its remaining employees / potential hires will likely feel hyper-insecure about their jobs (and what consequently follows should be obvious).

      Pros

      Attractive benefits are offered, competitive pay in the SG market. However, considering the substantial time commitment required for work, the overall value of the compensation package may be subject to individual evaluation. Tech tasks are challenging(this is subjective because not everyone is dealing with the important systems, some tasks are very easy though)

      Cons

      Completely no WLB: The day-to-day tasks often come with tight deadlines, and employees are frequently given ad-hoc tasks to complete. This results in a significant amount of time and energy being devoted to work, with little left for personal life. Only focusing on completion of tasks: The primary concern of managers seems to be the completion of tasks, rather than the methods employed or the challenges faced during the process. This can make it difficult for employees to receive the support they need. Gaslighting culture: The work atmosphere can sometimes be discouraging, with employees feeling as if they are constantly being criticized. This can lead to self-doubt and a decrease in overall confidence.

      - 996 boss encourage employee to work overtime + weekend - Most of the boss from China so you can't debate and no explanation.
