Pros
Location, casual office atmosphere, small office so the employees are close. upper management and owner are well liked. Ability to flex work hours; ability to work remote if necessary. Ability to take unlimited *unpaid* time off in the winter months.
Cons
PTO is limited for employees who have worked here five years or less; no room for growth once you’ve peaked as a sales rep. There’s 1 sales manager and 1 owner so your options of moving up are limited.
