Not necessarily cons, but reasons that some people might not find working here to be a good fit. These are generally applicable to any small, fast-growing startup:
- Team members expected to take on lots of responsibility and fully hold themselves accountable for the parts of the system they own.
- Many processes are still fluid and being defined, and everybody needs to work flexibly and contribute to continuously improving and defining these workflows. Structures are not as set as they might be in a larger, more mature company.
