Terrible leadership. Owners only care about $ in their pockets-will promise raises and promotions and nothing comes of it. They contribute an extremely small amount to the health insurance premiums. Individual coverage only forget if you have a family. Bust your butt, work hard for nothing.

Work life balance. Non competitive work culture. Very flexible schedule and daily routine.
Cons
Pay and compensation is low. Small bonus incentives. No health benefits or stipend.
