Pros
Much less hierarchy, those on the "lowest" rung of the totem pole still have a voice, a great place to grow professionally and gain a wide variety of experiences. Great focus on internal leadership development.
Cons
Lots of change in the last few years... but the change is for the better. Since it's such a small organization, it's difficult to move up... more likely to move out.
